Muay Thai, also known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” is a striking martial art from Thailand that utilizes punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.

Muay Thai incorporates clinching, knees, sweeps, and elbows, whereas traditional kickboxing focuses more on punches and kicks.

Nope, nope nope. Our club welcomes people of all levels. Whether you have experience or not, Muay Thai is for everyone.

Each session kicks off with a light jog or jump rope to get our bodies moving and ready to go. Then, we’ll dive into a specific strike, breaking it down step by step to nail the technique because here, form comes first, not just fitness!

You’ll partner up to drill combos, sharpening your strikes while keeping it fun and interactive. Expect 2-3 rounds of pad work, plenty of high-energy movement, and a solid finisher with conditioning.

We guarantee some sweat, fun, and feeling confident.

Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a genuine excitement to learn and connect with others who enjoy this amazing martial art. :) If you have hand wraps and gloves, bring them; otherwise, we have some available for you to borrow!

We do on Wednesdays and Saturdays! At SMTC, we call it “timing”. We call it “timing” and not sparring because it’s really all about learning to find opportunities to strike while also being comfortable in getting hit. We believe it’s partner work and not something that’s meant to simulate a real “fight”. It’s not about winning.

We offer 5-session passes, 10-session passes, and a monthly membership all with a focus on community. No contracts.
